You can go to the order history page to view your order status. You’ll be able to see your successfully submitted orders there. If your order has been shipped, a link to the ‘Track Order’ will be available. From there you will be able to track the shipping status of your order.
Depending on how much time has passed, it may be possible to cancel your order. However, after it is processed and printed it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been processed and printed, it cannot be changed. If you need to change your order, please contact your Brand Consultant at hello@cooleybrand.com or 800-475-4760
To reset your password, select “I need to reset my password” on the login screen. Enter your email address associated with your account and an email will be sent and follow instructions from there.
All items that have custom fields will prompt you to fill those in before adding to your cart. You will not be able to proceed without filling out all required fields marked with an asterisk.
